Invite teammates to your organization, manage roles, and revoke access — from the Members settings page.
The Members page (Settings → Members) manages who can access your organization. Members are organization-scoped, not per-site: a member of the org can reach every site under it, so the page lists everyone in the organization even though it opens from inside a site’s settings.
Every member has one of three roles:
Only owners and admins can invite, re-role, or remove members.
The Role column is editable in place: pick a new role and it applies immediately. What you
can grant depends on what you are — an owner can grant member, admin, or owner; an
admin can grant member or admin (only an owner can create another owner, and only an
owner can change an existing owner’s role). You can’t change your own role, and the last owner
can’t be demoted.
Granting owner or admin is also how you make an organization an eligible site-transfer
destination — transferring a site requires
owner/admin on both ends.
In Invite member, enter one or more email addresses separated by commas or spaces, pick the
role they’ll join with (defaults to member; the same grant rules apply), then
Send Invite. Each address becomes a pending invitation carrying that role. Papervine
reports the result per address — newly invited, already a member, or already invited — so a
partly-duplicate paste still sends the new ones.
Each pending invitation has a shareable accept link. Use Copy link and send it to the invitee however you like (chat, your own email). The link is the invitation: anyone who opens it is taken to an accept page for your organization.
A pending invitation expires after a couple of days. You can Cancel it any time before it’s accepted, which immediately invalidates its link.
When someone opens an invite link:
The trash control beside a member removes them from the organization (you can’t remove yourself this way). Removing a member revokes their access to every site in the org.
